Overview:
Blast Trainer is a 2D scide-scrolling platforming game. The player controls testers of new military proto-armor that is set to propel warfare to the next level. Similar to Portal, the players are subject to rigorous and often fatal tests using the new device. The objective of the game is to survive your training and receive your money at the end.

My Take:
This project was the first where I took on the role of producer or team leader. I was tasked with dividing the workload between our members efficiently and devising a schedule for us to follow. This being my first project, I believe I learned some valuable things that helped me throughout several of my other projects. For example, it is important to follow-up regularly with your team in order to ensure work is being completed sufficiently and on time, and making sure each team member is positioned in a role they are comfortable with and most likely to succeed in is paramount to the success of the group.
