Over the weekend, I took a course in order to become a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance. The course was taught by David Bulkin, and I have to say he was an excellent teacher. We discussed the benefits of using Scrum workflow in the workplace, the Scrum Master’s role in a Scrum Team, and how to best perform as a servant leader for your team. Following the course we were allowed to take a test for our certification, and I passed! Here is my certification page.
